Dahl Memorial Invitation to bid

Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association Hospital Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Invitation to Bid Scull Construction Service ND, Inc. has been contracted as the GC/CM on this project and is soliciting proposals from qualified Mechanical (Includes Fire Protection), Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) contractors interested to provide preconstruction design assistance and construction services for the Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association Hospital. Contractors are welcome to submit for one scope, for more than one scope, or as split teams. Scull Construction, along with the Owner and Design Team, intend to select MEP firms from this RFP process. The intent is to enter into a contract for Pre-Construction Services with plans to add Construction Services upon acceptance of Cost of Work Proposals. Scull Construction, the Owner and the Design Team, reserve the right to accept or reject any response to this RFP. By submitting a proposal, all firms are stating their compliance with state and federal law, including wage rates, EEO practices, taxes, codes, gross receipts, etc. Firms submitting proposals will be required to enter into Scull Construction Service ND, Inc.’s subcontract agreement included in this RFP.
