Gwenith Schultz, museum receptionist and historian completed the first phase of the Eagle Archive project on Friday, April 6, 2018. The project began in 2005 with volunteers including Jeane Koefelda. Gwen continued the work in 2008 and has been the lead staff member on the project ever since. Baseball season has finally arrived, and pending weather conditions the local tee-ball program will begin on Monday, May 7 this year. The age group for tee-ball will be 4-8. From March 6 to April 6, Dawg House Pub owners Chris and Grace Jardee organized a food drive to benefit Carter County Food Bank. For each item donated, donors were eligible to enter to win a $250 Visa gift card from Dawg House Pub. Drive donations totaled 186 items.
