    CCHS Volleyball picked up a pair of wins versus conference opponents at home last week. On Thursday, they defeated Wibaux in three sets, and they downed Plevna in three on Saturday. Against Wibaux, CCHS won 25-11, 25-14 and 25-17. Carly Aho had 14 of Lady Blue's 20 assists in the contest. Codi Melton tied with Kendall Kittelmann to lead the team in digs (6).     It wasn't the prettiest game - there were too many fumbles to count - but the CCHS Bulldogs got their first win of the season, and fans truly got their money's worth in what was perhaps a game for the ages at Rowley Field on September 16th in Ekalaka. Blue was moving the ball at will on the ground early, ripping off several runs over ten yards and averaging over 5.     The Dawson College Foundation was recently blown away when it received a nearly $1.8 million endowment, the largest donation ever received by the foundation to date, from a family dedicated to bolstering education in Eastern Montana.     The Alzada Community Club is busy planning it's next event, the Harvest Jubilee, which will be held at the Alzada Community Hall on Saturday, October 1st.
