    Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association officially moved into the new Carter County Healthcare Facility this week. Dahl employees had been moving what they could over the last several days before the bulk of the moving started on Tuesday at noon when the clinic, lab, radiology, pharmacy and emergency room services officially closed in the old facility.     Funeral Service for Esther Wetzel, 95, of Baker were held November 9 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker with Pastor Eric Botzet officiating. Burial followed in the Friendship Cemetery in Glen Ullin, ND. Esther Opp Wetzel was born on September 14, 1926 to Gottlieb and Martha (Luithle) Opp at their family home near Zap, ND.     An Ekalaka community blood drive has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 17 at Carter County Events Center in Ekalaka.     Together with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS), Governor Greg Gianforte recently announced a new, statewide $3.8 million program to help eligible Montanans pay for water and wastewater expenses. “This program will go a long way to help ensure Montanans maintain access to water at their home, without worrying about disruptions to service,” Gov.
