Blake and Nathan Jewell of Jewell Masonry work to complete a 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall wall at Perso Park in Ekalaka on Tuesday afternoon. The center wall currently under construction is the first part of a multiphase process to complete what will eventually become Carter County Veterans Park.
