    Area residents are invited to join senior exercise classes, which will be held Mondays and Thursdays at 4 p.m. inside the physical therapy room at Dahl Memorial Healthcare. Classes begin on Monday, January 9th. The class is led by Betty Cline, a former health and physical education teacher. Each class will last about 50 minutes and is free to those participating.
