Ronnie Schaffer

Ronnie Joe Schaffer, 66, of Hammond, MT passed away in Spearfish, SD on Friday, August 18, 2017.

Ronnie was born November 18, 1950 in Miles City, MT to Billy Joe and Mary (Preston) Schaffer. He attended grade school at Hay Creek country school and graduated in 1968 from Powder River County High School. After high school, Ronnie attended Montana State University and Black Hills State College majoring in chemical engineering. On January 13, 1973 he married Nina Traub, and to this union three children were born, Ryan in November of 1973, Trista in September of 1975, and Alex in September of 1986....
