From March 6 to April 6, Dawg House Pub owners Chris and Grace Jardee organized a food drive to benefit Carter County Food Bank. For each item donated, donors were eligible to enter to win a $250 Visa gift card from Dawg House Pub. Drive donations totaled 186 items. The pub matched that, bringing the total number of items donated to 372. Jardees delivered the goods at the food bank earlier this week and local Abbey Bruski won the $250 gift card.
