Sports physicals soon

Mark your calendars: Dahl Memorial Clinic will be providing $30 sports physicals on July 19 and 20. Carla Dowdy PA-C will be offering girls sports physicals on Thursday, July 19 from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Dale Diede PA-C will be offering boys sports physicals on Friday, July 20 from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.

Forms are available online at www.ekalaka.net or in the front entrance of Dahl Memorial. Please be sure to have the form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian; it is required before a physical can be performed. Call Dahl Memorial Clinic at 775-8738 with any questions....
