Make up physicals

If you missed the sports physicals last week, please call Dahl Memorial Clinic at 775-8738 to schedule an appointment. Please be sure to have the MHSA Confidential Athletic Pre-Participation Physical Examination form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian prior to the appointment.

A sports physical must be completed prior to starting practice. High school volleyball and football practices start August 10, junior high football practice starts August 16, and junior high volleyball practice starts August 20.
