CCHS downs Broadus in three sets

CCHS Volleyball defeated the Broadus Hawks in three straight sets on Saturday, 25-21, 25-18 and 25-15. As a team, the Bulldogs had 40 kills, 33 digs, 30 assists, 15 aces and 4 blocks. Tori Tooke led in assists with 15 and aces with 7, Claire Callahan led in kills with 14 and blocks with 3, and Heather LaBree led in digs with 9.

The Bulldogs are currently in second place in the conference, behind Wibaux. There is no volleyball game this weekend. Next weekend, October 6, the Willa Nies Memorial Volleyball Tournament will take place in Ekalaka. The girls have four conference games remaining. T...
