This #GivingTuesday, Carter County Geological Society will celebrate giving by supporting the Carter County Museum's exhibitions, educational outreach programming and the Keep Collections Local Campaign for Expansion. Since 2012, the museum has undergone a revitalization effort, which quadrupled attendance from 1,000 to 4,895 visitors in 2017 as well as tripled yearly income. The museum seeks to continue that trend and improve its collections stewardship.
