Nine Bulldogs scored on the way to a JV girls win in Broadus last Friday. CCHS had 22 turnovers while Broadus had 39. The girls went 2-24 from behind the three point line and made 2 of 7 free throw attempts.

The varsity girls game against Broadus had a similar outcome as Blue won by 47 points. The Dogs out-rebounded the Hawks 33 to 22, won the turnover battle 15 to 30, and had 12 more assists. They also scored 10 points on offensive put-backs. Eight Lady Bulldogs scored, led by Claire Callahan with 18.

It was more of the same for the JV girls the next night at home versus the Terry Terriers. In a game with four minute quarters, CCHS committed only 6 turnovers while forcing 25. The Dogs won 44 to 3. Taylor Bright scored the only points for Terry on a three-pointer in the third quarter. Six Bulldogs scored.

The varsity Bulldogs toppled Terry 76 to 9 on Saturday. The Bulldogs had 45 rebounds compared to only 6 for the Terriers. They also had 23 assists (Terry had 1) and 31 steals. Claire Callahan led all scorers with 17 points. Tori Tooke and Ella Owen led in rebounds with 6 each.
