Electric scholarship winners

The Southeast Electric Essay Scholarship is a $1,000.00 scholarship sponsored by Southeast Electric Cooperative, Inc. This year's recipient is Coven Kautzman. Kautzman was asked if she had unlimited funding what community service project would she start? She would love to start a summer school program for elementary students. She has done her research and is more than ready. She has a list of supplies needed, why the program is needed and the benefits that it holds for elementary children.
