Parade floats wanted

The Carter County Days of ‘85 Fair and Rodeo is quickly approaching and organizers would like to remind all to start planning for a float in this year’s parade.
Businesses, farms, ranches, local organizations, churches, class reunions and individuals who would like to enter antique or vintage cars, tractors and carriages are all encouraged to enter a float.
The theme for this year’s fair is “Barn in the USA,” and as always, all western themes are also welcome.
The parade will begin at 11 a.m. on Sunday, August 11.
