19 donors at last week's blood drive

Nineteen people donated blood at last week’s community blood drive held at Carter County Events Center. Of those, seven had appointments and four were new donors. In total, 23 units of blood were donated.
Sam Cook won the drive’s door prize, $25 worth of Carter County Chamber of Commerce chamber bucks.
The next drive blood drive in Ekalaka has been scheduled for September.
