Private Annette Lovec graduated from basic combat training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri on September 26. Her mother, Melissa Lovec, and sister, Holland Lovec, traveled to attend the short ceremony held at 9 a.m. that morning.

Lovec will now stay at Fort Leonard Wood where she will complete her advanced individual training to become a horizontal construction engineer (military occupational specialty 12N).
