Sausage making workshops in Nov.

The Fallon/Carter County Extension Office has scheduled sausage making workshops for Monday, November 18 and Tuesday, November 19. The workshop scheduled for November 18 will be held at the Fallon County Exhibit Hall in Baker at 5:30 p.m. The workshop scheduled for November 19 will be at Carter County Events Center at 5:30 p.m.

Those planning on attending should RSVP by November 12 to the extension office by calling 406-778-7110 or emailing [email protected]. The office will also need to know what kind of meat (deer, beef, etc.) participants will be using. Class size is limited to ten people.
