Lady Bulldogs defeat Hawks, Terriers

The Lady Bulldogs held the Broadus Hawks scoreless at home in the second half to come away with a 66-14 win at home last Thursday. Blue shot 36 percent on two-point field goals and 57 percent on free throws, but managed to go only 2-14 from behind the arc. They out-rebounded Broadus, 35-18, and had 18 steals. Broadus turned the ball over 33 times compared to only 11 for the Dogs. Ten Bulldogs scored in the contest, led by Heidi LaBree with 13. Heather LaBree led in rebounds with 9.
