Rose Ann Turbiville was born on March 24, 1934 to William C. and Ruby (Johnson) Rowley in Ekalaka. Rose left this world to continue her journey in Heaven on February 9, 2020 surrounded by loved ones.

She grew up in Ekalaka where she graduated as valedictorian of the class of 1952. She then attended MTSU. She married Dick Turbiville in 1953 and they lived in Billings, where Don and Ann were born.
