Public library alters summer reading program

Imagine your story

Due to the unforeseen circumstances of COVID-19, Ekalaka Public Library will not be hosting a regular summer reading program.

The library is still encouraging children to read and challenge themselves over the summer by offering rewards for students who read a certain amount of minutes each week. Top reader awards for different age groups will also be given. The program will start on June 22 and end on July 31.

All interested parents and children should stop at the library, or call 775-6336 or 975-6557 for more information.
