Players from CCHS and Culbertson, along with members of the National Guard, held a large flag on the middle of the football field during the National Anthem prior to last Friday's football contest in Culbertson.
The Bulldogs threw the ball only three times and scored on every possession en route to a large 84-24 victory in Culbertson last Friday.
Blue scored early and often, but struggles covering kickoffs and defending the pass early in the contest led to a closer game at halftime than the final score read. Junior varsity players and backups didn't, in fact, get into the game until partway through the third quarter.
Younger players kept the scoring up for Blue when they got in the game while keeping the Cowboys out of the end zone. Freshman Ethan Frye ran in two scores in the fourth quarter. Soph...
