The Ekalaka Eagle - Your Community Builder

A group of community members has put in the legwork to put on a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Ekalaka. The lighting will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, December 11 at the vacant triangle lot on Main Street. The tree, shown above, was sourced locally and put up over the weekend.

Live holiday music will be played that evening. Hot cocoa, baked goods and goodie bags for kids will also be available. The Eagle has it on good authority that Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be stopping by.
