As of Tuesday, December 8, Montana reports a cumulative total of 69,346 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 859 new cases since yesterday, 17,448 active cases, and 51,135 people considered recovered. State officials also report that 2,909 of the cases have resulted in hospitalizations, with 479 patients currently hospitalized. There have been 763 Montana deaths attributed to the disease, including 4 in Carter County.

Carter County reported 4 active cases of coronavirus on Monday morning.
