Going to work, punching the time clock, and putting in your 8 hours has shifted to staying home, learning Zoom, and mastering communication from your home. Remote working was gaining popularity with companies across the United States prior to the pandemic, COVID-19 impacted the country to a degree that remote work became the norm. As COVID-19 hit the United States, companies had to start finding creative ways to get the job done.
