Lady Bulldogs win homecoming match

CCHS defeated Plevna in three straight sets to win their homecoming volleyball match last Saturday in Ekalaka. The Lady Bulldogs won 25-11, 25-14 and 25-12.

Plevna struggled to return serves as Blue compiled 29 aces. Zoie Rost led the way with 8 of them. Meanwhile, Plevna was held without an ace throughout the entirety of the match.

Codi Melton had 4 of the Bulldogs' 14 kills. Heidi LaBree led the team in digs (5 of 14) and assists (7 of 13). Carly Aho and Katie Tooke each had a block.

On Thursday the Lady Bulldogs will travel to Broadus for a pair of matches. They play in Baker next Tuesday.
