COVID-19 screening at Carter County Healthcare Facility

All people entering the Carter County Healthcare Facility in Ekalaka will be screened at the front desk for COVID-19 symptoms and recent COVID-19 exposure and must wear a face mask while in the building. This includes, but is not limited to, those persons going to Dahl Memorial Clinic appointments, visiting family members in Dahl Memorial Hospital, picking up prescriptions from the Dahl Memorial Healthcare Community Pharmacy or going to the Carter County Public Health Department.
