The Gumbo Gophers 4-H club recently held their annual community barbecue and fundraiser for the Alzada Fire Department and their club. The 4-H Club wants to thank all those who attended and made the evening a successful event.

A great meal was enjoyed by all. Fun games and a dunk tank were the highlight of the evening. They also had a silent auction. Individuals who were unable to attend that would like to donate to the Alzada Fire Department may send donations to Jeremy Richards at Hammond.
