Pet parade sees 16 entries

Chicken rancher Charlee Jo Lindell and her grasshopper control expert Billy the chicken took third place at this year's pet parade.

There were sixteen total entries in this year's Days of '85 Pet Parade.

First place went to Sameen Linch who was dressed as a pioneer woman and accompanied by a covered wagon and her pitbull, Trey, as the milk cow complete with udder and horns.

Second place went to Susanna Kalbach who was dressed as a pioneer lady with her wagon pulled by her two goats, Buddy and Night.

Third place was Charlee Jo Lindell dressed as a chicken rancher and her grasshopper control expert Billy the chicken.

Karensa Morton provided the parade's best interview. She was dressed as Idella Kennedy and had her dog, Callie, with her.

Sophia McCabe and her dog, Sophie, provided the best trick at the parade.
