On September 2, the Carter County FCCLA Chapter (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) painted blue Bulldog paws that begin on Speelmon Street and end at the school. Fourteen members and one future member were present.
After they painted the paws the chapter went back to the school to Mrs. Amy Walker's FCS room where they enjoyed pizza, lemonade and ice cream. The chapter was thankful to all who helped, especially to the CCHS Class of 2021 for donating all of the paint for the project....
