Varsity netters defeat Plevna, NCTS

The varsity Lady Bulldogs played volleyball matches versus Plevna and at Northern Cheyenne last week, winning both in three straight sets.

Versus Plevna, CCHS won 25-17, 25-20 and 25-10. As a team, the Lady 'Dogs had 15 aces, 21 kills, 5 blocks, 11 digs and 18 assists. Danica Shepherd led in aces with 5 and assists with 17, Nasya O'Connor led in kills (7) and blocks (5) and Tracy Wilson led in digs (3).

In Northern Cheyenne, Lady Blue won 25-6, 25-14, and 25-13. Kamryn Miller had 9 of the team's 34 aces and Ayla Yates had 7 of the team's 9 assists. Kira Kratzer, Corlan Laughery and Bella Jense...
