Schillinger to run for Montana Senate

Recently, Circle resident Jerry Schillinger filed for the Republican nomination to Montana Senate District 19. District 19 encompasses Garfield, McCone, Prairie, Carter, Fallon and most of Custer and Powder River Counties. Schillinger, a fourth generation McCone County farmer/businessman, cited the importance of preserving individual freedoms and opportunity. With an accounting degree/CPA, extensive farm business career, and having served on many boards including McCone Health Center for 28 years and the Northern Pulse Growers Association with the last 2 years as President, Schillinger believes he is the candidate with the experience to face what will be a challenging 2019 and beyond legislative agenda.

Schillinger hopes to meet and hear the concerns of as many of the District 19 people as possible before the June 5th primary. Schillinger stated, "To learn more or share of upcoming events in your area please like us on Facebook at Schillinger for SD19. You can also email [email protected] or call 406-974-2478."

Defending the Montana and United States Constitution will be a top priority for Schillinger when elected.
