Open house for Courtney December 31

An open house will be held for James E. Courtney on December 31 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Carter County Courthouse. Courtney has served as the District #3 County Commissioner since 2001 and chose not to seek another term in November. Everyone is invited to attend the celebration of public service and wish the outgoing commissioner farewell.
