Superintendent Schrock resigns

 

Former Superintendent Daniel Schrock took over the position in 2016.

After a three-year stint as the superintendent at Ekalaka Public Schools, Daniel Schrock resigned last week. Schrock took over the position in 2016 and wrote in a June 13 letter to the Eagle that he decided to resign in order to pursue another professional opportunity within education that will allow him to be closer to family.

Prior to Schrock, V. "Lee" Folley, Jr. held the position for one year and Allison Hardin served from 2009 to 2015. Schrock's letter to the Eagle follows:
