Candidates have until March 26 to file for election to the school board this year. A mail ballot election will take place on Tuesday, May 5.

The Unified Board of Trustees for Carter County High School and Ekalaka Elementary has four positions up for election this year. The trustee positions opening include: a three-year term for Elementary District #15/High School District #3; a three-year term for High School District #2; a three-year term for School District #1; and a three year-term for School District #56.
