The Gumbo Gophers 4-H club had their April meeting at Sharon Higgins house on the 22nd. Sharon taught us to make tea rings. Members each made their own tea ring and gave a demonstration or talk on related topics as follows:

Suri-Things to put on a tea ring.

Grace-Sugars.

Selah-Nutritional facts about milk.

Daniel-Measuring liquid ingredients.

Zander-Measuring dry ingredients.

Keenan-Nutritional facts about tea rings.

Clancy-Facts about shortening.

Colyn-Yeast facts.

There were 13 youth and 5 adults present. The president called the meeting to order. We discussed All Events Day and sheep weigh in. Daniel and Grace led the game shipwrecked after the meeting.
