EPEDC and MCDC to host housing conversation in eastern Montana

Eastern Plains Economic Development Corporation (EPEDC) recently announced a partnership with the Montana Cooperative Development Center (MCDC) to host a series of housing conversations in Eastern Montana. These workshops will provide a platform for discussing the pressing issues of housing in rural communities and exploring innovative solutions. The first workshop will be held in Glendive on April 15th, 1-4 pm, in the courthouse basement. The second workshop will take place in Baker at The Coffee Shop on Lawlers on April 29th, also from 1-4 pm.

The goal of our housing conversation is to bring together individuals who are invested in addressing the housing challenges faced by rural communities in Eastern Montana. We encourage contributors to this industry, community leaders, local organizations, faith-based organizations, and local governments to join us for these important discussions.

MCDC will be a key speaker at the workshops, providing insights into cooperatives and how they can help address housing needs in rural Eastern Montana. Their expertise in cooperative development will offer valuable perspectives on sustainable housing solutions for the region. For more information please contact Teresea at tolson@epdc.com. Join us in shaping the future of housing in Eastern Montana!
