Shelterbelt program

The Carter County Extension Office and the Carter County Conservation District will be hosting a shelterbelt clinic on May 31st. The program will be starting at 10 a.m. at the Carter County Event Center.

MSU Extension Specialist, Peter Kolb, will be coming down to run this clinic. It will start indoors with a seminar on proper tree care and how to prune trees. Lunch will be provided.

Then attendees will travel to Harmon Creek Ranch to discuss shelter belts and some watering methods. Please RSVP to the Carter County Conservation District by May 29th at 406-775-6355.
