Did you know that Medicare offers an annual wellness visit that is free for Medicare beneficiaries?!?!

The annual visit includes updating or creating one’s personalized prevention plan, reviewing medical and family history, updating the list of current providers and prescriptions, detection of cognitive impairment, review of potential for depression and level of safety, a list of risk factors and treatment options, and a screening schedule for preventative services.
