The Carter County FFA Chapter is gearing up for another exciting year. Two members of our chapter attended the Alumni Leadership Camp in Highwood this year, Gracie Tooke and Jasmine Erickson. They have brought home valuable leadership skills and connections. Later in the summer, in August, the 2018-19 officer team comprised of Caleb Fix, Tori Tooke, Jaelee Strangford, Hannah and Heather LaBree, and Gracie Tooke, took a day trip to Billings for the annual officer retreat and a whole lot of fun. The officer team has finalized the Program of Activities. Starting on September 5, the CCHS FFA chapter will hit the ground running this year by hosting the District Leadership Convention for the Eastern FFA District. State officers will be in attendance to help our local officer team teach greenhand and older members from the Broadus, Terry, Miles City, Forsyth, Baker, Ekalaka and Plevna chapters how to be effective, fun leaders.

A big thank you to all of our supporters during the Days of ‘85 livestock sale and for all of the hungry people who bought pie from us!
