Local girl scout Cordelia Cofer had a tough decision to make following this year's cookie sales. The girl scout had the task of deciding which hometown heroes her donated cookies should go to.
One night while riding in the car, Cordelia noticed lineman working outside in harsh conditions and decided that the employees of Southeast Electric were the perfect heroes to receive the donated cookies. Last week, she delivered them to the lineman. Individuals who purchased cookies from Cordelia and donated them can now rest easy knowing that the cookies went to the men shown in the picture.
