A Celebration of Life for Jeremy A. Larson, 41, of Ekalaka, will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 13 at the Spearfish Canyon Lodge.
Jeremy passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Ekalaka.
Jeremy Andrew was born March 24, 1978 in Deadwood, South Dakota, the son of Gary and Karon (Wiedenmeyer) Larson. Growing up, he attended school in Lead/Deadwood, graduating from High School in 1996. Jeremy worked in the construction business, specializing in concrete work. He worked as an independent contractor most of his life. He was the type of person who never met anyone that he didn't enjoy visiting with and he always left everyone with a smile on their face. Jeremy was blessed with two sons, Maximus and Nolan.
Jeremy is survived by his parents, Gary and Karon Larson; sons, Maximus Andrew Larson of Hot Springs/Ekalaka, Nolan Ryan Larson of Spearfish; grandmothers, Jeanette Larson of Lead, SD, Louise Wiedenmeyer of Spearfish, SD; sisters, Jennifer (Nathan) Moriarty of Austin, MN, Jessica Larson of Rapid City, SD; niece and nephew, Jadyn and Brenden Moriarty; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Howard Larson and Edgar Wiedenmeyer.
