April 7

• Governor’s extension of the Stay at Home Directive along with certain other Directives to April 24

• Directive waiving some restrictions on local and county governments gaining access to emergency funding from the state and federal government

• Directive with measures for notifications to first responders that they may come in to contact with a COVID-19 patient

April 2

• Directive to extend motor vehicle deadlines, and to provide services online and by mail.

• Directive was issued designating childcare as an essential business and imposing requirements for operation.

April 1

• Directive to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in State Correctional facilities

March 31

• MT request for a Major Disaster Declaration for COVID-19 response is approved.

• Directive which provides measures to allow loans to medical and health facilities for operating expenses.

• Directive with consumer protections to lessen the economic impacts on Montanans by stopping evictions, foreclosures and cancellation of utility services including water, heating and internet service.

March 30

• Directive stating that all travelers arriving in MT from another state or country for a non- work-related purpose must self-quarantine for 14 days or for the duration of the person’s presence in Montana, whichever is shorter.

• Directive issued temporarily relieving certain requirements for commercial motor carrier vehicles in Montana.

March 26

• Directive issued requiring Montanans to stay at home and temporarily close nonessential businesses

March 25

• Directive allowing counties the choice to conduct mail ballot elections and expand early voting for the June 2, 2020 primary election

• Directive providing for measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus

• Directive to provide flexibility to local governments in adhering to social distancing mandate

• Directive to provide measures to ease procurement of medical supplies and hospital space and to ease the transfer of patients with COIVD-19.
