Ekalaka Track and Arena members held an annual meeting at 7 p.m. on February 21.

With seventy-five percent of shares represented at the meeting, the two-thirds majority required for a quorum was met. A financial report was given and showed a small net loss over the last year.

In new business, three director positions were up for election as their terms had expired at the end of 2020. Jeff Elmore, Ches Meyer and incumbent TJ Strub were elected to fill the vacant positions.
