Fair planning continues

Plans for the Days of ‘85 are continuing as the event draws nearer. The annual county fair and rodeo is slated for August 11th through August 14th this year.
On Thursday, sheep dog trials will be taking place at Ekalaka Track and Arena. A silent auction will begin and animal shows will also be taking place.
On Friday at 10 a.m., a sand volleyball tourney will be taking place at the town park. At noon the pet parade will begin at the fairgrounds. The Firemen’s Barbecue will take place at the high school from 4 to 7 p.m., and free entertainment, “Waddington Brothers” has been schedule...
