Letter to the editor

Recently, I heard a pundit on TV say that Matt Rosendale would win election to Congress in the new eastern Montana district because people here are "conservative." On the whole, I'd say we are, but Matt Rosendale isn't. He's an extreme radical, disguising himself as a conservative. When he voted against Montana veterans, or against honoring the U.S. capitol police for their bravery on January 6, he wasn't expressing the beliefs of Montanans. He was following the most radical people in Congress who have their own agenda. The most famous one of this notorious gang is Marjorie Taylor Greene, but a handful of others seem to cluster together to see if they can come up with any idea goofier than hers. Rosendale is one. He must have moved from Maryland to Montana for the purpose of running for office, because that's all he's done since he got here.

Representing the people of Montana is an honor and we should be represented by someone who actually listens to us. The ideas that Matt Rosendale has brought with him to Congress are not from Montana's grass roots. They're noxious weeds blowing in here by the hot air of people who have never set foot in Montana and don't know a buffalo chip from a Frisbee.
