Commencement exercises for the Carter County High School Class of 2023 were held on Saturday. A large crowd of family and friends gathered inside the gymnasium to wish the graduating class well. Carter County resident Jalyn Klauzer delivered the commencement address. Valedictorian was Tyra O'Connor; salutatorian was Jaden Pardee.
