Julie Dullum

Julia Rae (Julie) Dullum, age 89, peacefully left this world early Friday morning, July 28, 2017, after complications from a broken hip.

Julie was born in Ekalaka, Montana on October 28, 1927. She was the only child of Martha Loehding Strain and Ray Strain. She had 3 older half-brothers and a half-sister.

She graduated from Carter County High School and moved to Helena after passing the Merit system test and getting a job at Ft. Harrison. She met her future husband, Fritz Dullum, at a concert in Memorial Park and they were married on December 14, 1947. During their life together they had 5 chi...
