Things are Hard: We're Here to Help

In just a matter of weeks it seems the world has been flipped upside down. There are very few in this country and in this community who have not been effected either by the novel virus or by the measures enacted to slow its spread. It seems overnight fear has filled our great land. There is fear over the virus, fear over the economy, even political fears. And then add to the fear: isolation, “social distancing,” and labels of being “non-essential” and an overwhelming sense of insecurity and uncertainty, and add to that, the challenges of even getting groceries and supplies. Life is hard. Life was hard before all of this was going on. This is just that cherry on top. That is why we at the Ekalaka Bible Church want to assure you that we are here to help our community, physically, emotionally and most importantly, spiritually. We want to help you! If that means picking up a prescription or swinging by the Branson's Grocery Store or even more importantly, if that means having someone to talk to, we are here, and we would love to talk with you. You are not alone in all of this, and we can help. Over the last year, my wife Kati and I have been continuing our education studying Nouthetic/Biblical Counseling. We would like to offer our services to anyone who is struggling during this time both physically but once again, much more importantly to offer counsel. All of the things that are going on and listed above take their toll both on adults and on kids. If you, your family, or your child/teenager is struggling with these fears, and you would like them to be able to talk with somebody, please know that we are here for you all.

Please call us at 406-775-6234 or 605-830-1901.
