Next Monday Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association will hold one more drive-thru flu vaccination clinic. The clinic will take place outside of the hospital from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

The cost for the vaccine is $25 and can be paid by cash or check only. Anyone who would prefer to bill insurance must bring their insurance card and driver license with them.

To avoid a long wait time, patients can fill out consent and screening forms ahead of time. The forms can be found on the Dahl Memorial Healthcare Assoc., Inc. Facebook page.
